We require a 3-hour minimum booking. Please note that all decorating, vendor set-up, and teardown must be done within your rental window.
*Peak times and Holidays include: 2nd, 3rd, 4th May Weekends, 1st June Weekend (3.5 hour minimum), Memorial Day, Labor Day, New Year’s Eve, Easter, Mother’s Day, July 4th, Halloween Evening, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas.
*Please note that bookings are considered incomplete until a deposit is received. We require 50% non-refundable payment of the rental fee + $100 refundable security depsoit in order to secure your date.
The remainder will be due one week before your event.
There will be a 3% fee charged for each credit card transaction. Cash, Checks, Venmo and Credit Cards accepted

Yes — the natural light and neutral backdrop make it a favorite with photographers. Photoshoot rentals are priced separately, so contact us about availability.
