Looking for an event space in Lincoln, NE that doesn’t feel like a beige conference room? The Confetti Corner is a 1,800 sq ft boutique venue at 8211 Yankee Woods Drive, designed as a bright, neutral canvas for whatever you’re celebrating — baby showers, bridal showers, milestone birthdays, graduations, gender reveals, corporate get-togethers, and everything in between. With 12-foot ceilings, natural light for days, and a chic open floor plan with a large hosting island, the space photographs beautifully on its own — and truly shines once our custom balloon decor and party rentals move in.
Host it your way: bring your own food and drinks (yes, BYOB!), use our kitchenette for prep, and let us handle as much or as little of the design as you’d like.

How many guests does the space hold?
The space comfortably hosts gatherings of around 50 guests, and flexible layouts let us make the most of every square foot. Planning something a little bigger? Reach out and we’ll help you land on the perfect setup for your celebration.
What’s included with my rental?
Every booking includes four 5-ft round tables, four 6-ft rectangle tables, 32 white folding chairs, a kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker and microwave, Bluetooth speakers, WiFi, and complimentary use of our cake stands and vases. Balloon decor and party rentals can be added to any booking.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes! The Confetti Corner is BYOB and BYO-catering friendly. Bring your favorite caterer, homemade treats, or drinks of your choice, and use our kitchenette and prep area to keep everything party-ready.
How long can we book the space?
Bookings start at a 3-hour minimum, and you can add as many hours as your celebration needs. Just remember that decorating, vendor set-up, and teardown all happen within your rental window, so build in time on both ends.
How does booking and payment work?
A 50% deposit of the rental fee plus a $100 refundable security deposit locks in your date, with the balance due one week before your event. We accept cash, checks, Venmo, and credit cards (cards carry a 3% processing fee).
Do you provide decorations?
That’s our specialty. We create custom balloon garlands, arches, and installations in-house, and our rental inventory includes shimmer walls, neon signs, backdrops, and more. Tell us your theme and we’ll design around it — or rent the space as a blank canvas and style it yourself.
